More Wintry!

9th January 2017

Overnight, heavy rain and strong winds gave way to more wintry conditions in the early hours of the morning with snow showers above 700 metres. During the day snow showers with some hail fell to around 400 metres, new accumulations were not extensive. The winds were strong over the summits from the SouthWest.
