Windy again – getting milder

Another windy day and misty above around 800 metres.  Quite hard going in the stronger gusts and there is still the odd pocket of deep soft snow in sheltered corners.  The paths have become icy in places after plenty of traffic over the weekend and there are some icy dreeps (as below) starting to form at lower levels.  However, there was a noticeable thaw by early afternoon which will probably chase them away.  The snow level is slowly rising.
