Windy again – getting milder

Another windy day and misty above around 800 metres. Â Quite hard going in the stronger gusts and there is still the odd pocket of deep soft snow in sheltered corners. Â The paths have become icy in places after plenty of traffic over the weekend and there are some icy dreeps (as below) starting to form at lower levels. Â However, there was a noticeable thaw by early afternoon which will probably chase them away. Â The snow level is slowly rising.
