Misty and Mild

Yesterdays rain and high temperatures has depleted the snowpack. The freezing level was above the summits today and light rain and drizzle have affected the area. The snowpack is moist at all levels and generally stable however, on some steeper slopes, gullies exits there is wet snow instabilities present. Cornices are also fragile.

The mountains were generally shrouded in clouds and mist for the first part of the day. Some brighter spells appeared in the afternoon.
