Much Milder

Mild conditions are affecting the area with the freezing level just above the summits. It was dry during the morning with isolated light rain showers in the afternoon. Winds were moderate from the East-South-East. Mild conditions are forecast to continue through tomorrow.

 

Looking into Stob Coire nam Beith… the buttresses and rocks are much blacker today after mild conditions and overnight rain.

 

 

Snow depleted Aonach Eagach

Stob Coire nan Lochan still holds plenty of snow.

Buachaille Etive Mor.

Looking across to Buachaille Etive Mor with Ben Nevis in the distance.

Size one avalanche that occurred last night on North Easterly aspect.
