Stormy conditions today have affected the area. Aonach Mor weather station has recorded maximum gust of 116 m.p.h. Overnight new snow turned to sleet and rain as a brief period of milder conditions affected the area. Outlook is cold and stormy with strong to severe gale Westerlies and frequent snow showers at most levels, Â these becoming less frequent by Wednesday.
North Face of Aonach Dubh very windy but reasonably dry at this point but not for long.
