It was another cold winters day, minus 8 degrees celsius first thing this morning on the summits after last nights the freezing temperatures.  Today the freezing level rose to around 300 metres, it was dry and winds were fresh West-South-West and were scouring and transporting snow into sheltered areas forming new areas of instabilities.
