Becoming Windy

Another cold night followed by frequent sunny spells, Southerly winds strengthened through the day becoming gale later. The snowpack will remain firm and icy with serious consequences in the event of an uncontrolled slip or fall.

New snow and variable winds overnight and tomorrow will form areas of unstable windslab particularly as the day progresses.
