Light cover of fresh snow overnight.

A light cover of fresh snow overnight affected higher slopes. Today has been quite sunny with moderate to fresh North-Westerly winds.
Outlook is for the cold West-North-Westerly airflow to continue with scattered snow showers overnight and on Saturday. General stability will be good but localised areas of windslab will exist in sheltered gullies and on steep corrie headwalls. Exposed windward slopes will be icy in places and will require care.
