Heavy snow showers…

Heavy snow fell for most of the day mainly above 400 metres and at times to slightly lowers levels. Deep accumulations of fresh drifting snow at higher elevations. The freezing level was around 500 metres and strong winds were South-South-Westerly.

Stob Dearg this morning, it is now well plastered with further snow.

The entrance to Glen Coe area from the main A82 road.

The 3 sisters of Glen Coe, today these were generally not visible because of snow fall.

Looking into the head of Coire Gabhail (the lost valley).

The west summit of Bidean on the left and An-t Sron on the right.

The Aonach Eagach Ridge.
