Mild ,wet and windy.

2nd February 2023

Rain heavy at times has affected all levels reducing snow cover particularly  at lower levels,  greatest accumulations of snow remain in the higher Northerly and Easterly corries and gullies. The snowpack is generally stable on all but the steepest slopes where wet snow instabilities exist. Drier conditions by morning will aid the consolidation process. Remaining cornices if any exist will be suspect.
