Mild and wet.

5th April 2023

Mild conditions with rain and drizzle affected all levels today, winds were generally fresh from a Southerly direction. The snowpack is soft and moist throughout.

A return to cooler conditions on Thursday will start to firm up the surface of the snowpack at the higher levels, a light dusting of new snow in the morning will fall on slopes above 1000 metres but amounts are not expected to be significant.

Not a good day for photos.
