Mild, wet and windy…

2nd February 2024

The freezing level was well above the summits, at 1100 metres it was plus 4.2 degrees celsius around midday. Rain fell at all levels accompanied by gale force South-Westerly winds. Not a good day for photos as the visibility was very poor, one good thing was the testing of our Mountain Equipment Goretex garments.
