Mild and Wet day

It was a mild and damp day in Glen Coe today. The spring snowpack continues to thaw and consolidate. Looks like a bit of a change tomorrow with colder conditions expected to return.
The three sisters of Glen Coe. While I would not go as far to say ugly sisters, I wouldn’t say they were looking at their best today.
Meall a’ Bhuiridh looking similar to yesterday, just a bit damper!

The wet spring snowpack. From a technical point of view these grains would be described as melt-freeze polycrystal.
