What a difference a day makes.

Yesterday was lovely in the mountains, blue skies and picturesque snowy summits. All change today. Overnight snow showers and cold fresh Easterly winds gave it all a sharp feeling of returning to Winter.
There is not a large amount of snow, but the recent colder temps and winds have led to drifting of the fresh snow into specific areas on the mountain, creating areas of windslab on steep South-West through West to North slopes at the tops of coire rims and gullys.
Not a great day for the camera. Most of the skiing was done with eyes closed today, as having them open made little difference due to the generally poor visibility on the mountain !
