Going, Going, ….

15th January 2025

Today has continued mild, a little cloudy and wet this morning slowing becoming clear and sunny during the afternoon. Fresh South-Westerly winds with the freezing level throughout being well above the summits. All of the remaining isolated snow patches continue to thaw and diminish, with some completely melting away. A case of slowly going, going, but not quite all gone yet.

The South-Westerly air stream continues into tomorrow, which is expected to remain dry with strong Southerly winds. Mild with further melting and potentially loss of any remaining patches.

Looking ahead, Friday maybe wetter with indications of cooler conditions from Sunday.

Isolated patches diminishing and further depleted, Similar to yesterday on the west face of Aonach Dubh but even less

Again, Coir Eilde with fewer isolated patches
