Cold grey skies…
10th February 2025
It was a cold, dry day with moderate to fresh Easterly winds. High summit midday temperatures were around minus 5 degrees celsius with the freezing level at around 450 metres.
Many paths, rocks and hillsides have large areas that are icy.

Rimed up vegetation and firm refrozen snow in the foreground, Stob Dearg (Buachaille Etive Mor) on the left with the Mamores and Nevis in the distance.
