Wet and Windy…

27th March 2025

Rain fell at all levels and became more persistent during the course of today. Winds were fresh to strong from the South-Westerly direction and got stronger towards the end of the afternoon. Midday summit temperatures were plus 5 degrees celsius.

Rivulets of rain running down the North face of Aonach Dubh, this was plenty much the seen for today as rain water and snow melt cascaded off the mountains.

The gloomy Stob Coire nam Beith.

Northerly slopes of Stob Dearg ~ Buachaille Etive Mor, again note the rain running off the mountain.
