Mild and wet again.

25th February 2026

Wet conditions at all levels continue to affect the area with much of the snow at lower levels now gone. A good cover still exists on the higher tops and corries mainly above 850 metres. The general snow cover is soft and wet but some icy areas still exist in watercourses and the more recently thaw exposed slopes.

Outlook continues wet and mild with a very brief cooler spell tomorrow which may give a trace of new snow on the highest tops. Check out report for more details.
