Misty Glencoe….

After yesterday’s good clear, settled weather the complete contrast today it was misty above 600 metres with poor visibility, strong South-Easterly winds and light rain at all levels. Summit temperatures were plus 2.2 degrees Celsius.

The 3 Sisters of Glencoe.

 

The northern flank of Glencoe the end of the Aonach Eagach ridge visible just below the clouds left of centre.

 

Gearr Aonach and Aonach Dubh two of the 3 Sisters, Stob Coire nan Lochan lies between them above the small snow patch but not seen today.
