It seems sacrilege to call a Glen a Valley, yet Coire Gabhail, in Glencoe is colloquially known as the Lost or Hidden valley. (A bit like that Lake down near the Trossachs, but that’s a different story..). Anyway.. I digress. The answer to how green is my valley ? … is…. quite green actually, especially for mid February, as the following pictures will testify.
