Mild and wet.

24th February 2026

Mild conditions with rain at all levels have affected the area resulting in a general loss of snow cover particularly at lower levels, the outlook remains unsettled with more mild and wet conditions for tomorrow. Wet snow instabilities will remain on steep slopes with any remaining cornices very suspect. Check out the report for more details.

Yet again poor visibility conditions for meaningful photos.
