Dry clear, calm with sunshine….

6th March 2026

Yesterday, mid afternoon the area had a light dusting of new snow which fell onto a moist snowpack. Colder conditions last night re-froze the moist snowpack. Today it dawned with a frost at lower levels,  it was dry, bright and clear with very light summit winds, otherwise a calm day. Some photos to give you an idea of snow amounts in the area.
