Chilly, misty day
23rd March 2016
What a difference a week makes – a much reduced snowpack and where’s the sun? Â An overnight frost had firmed up the snowpack higher up and most of the snow left is on the North to East aspects.
Stob Coire nan Lochan shrouded in mist
The bulky North-Eastern aspect of Aonach Dubh
The Buachaille looking distinctly threadbare.
The North-Western aspect of Meall a Bhuiridh with Stob a Ghlais Choire to the right
Not much snow but the beginning of the formation of rime-ice on the summit rocks of Meall a Bhuiridh
Cloud formations above Coire na Tulaich
