Mainly dry today with sunshine

Snow showers died out overnight to give a mainly dry and sunny day. Several areas of cornice debris were noted on Northerly and Easterly aspects. Mainly dry and settled outlook with more sunshine. The older snow is firm and icy in exposed locations with serious run out potential. Deep windslab and cornices will remain moderate to poorly bonded particularly with rising daytime temperatures.
