Covid-19

The Scottish Avalanche Information Service would recommend that those wishing to enjoy the winter mountains refer to Mountaineering Scotland and Scottish Government advice regarding Covid-19 and outdoor activities.

The freezing level lowered to around 850 metres and showers fell as snow down to 750 metres accumulations are generally quite shallow and they are well bonded. The winds were fresh to strong at times form a South-Westerly direction.
