Quite Wintry

22nd December 2016

Precipitation has fallen as snow mainly above 300 metres, in the more active weather systems some hail fell to sea level. The snow showers have been accompanied by very strong West-South-Westerly winds particularly above 500 metres and higher.

Note the strong wind over the summit its redistributing snow into sheltered areas.
