Stob Coire nan Lochan yesterday

Snow showers fell during the first part of the night followed by a dry spell then today scattered snow fell mainly above 400 metres with the odd shower reaching sea level. Overnight the winds were very strong from the SouthWesterly direction these eased  during the day. The freezing level was around 450 metres.

Buachaille Etive Mor during one of the many snow showers today.

An unusual strip of snow on Beinn a Chrulaiste 857 metres seems to have mimiced an avalanche but is there enough snow to slide?

Meall a Bhuiridh getting ready for the ski season.

Note the snowline on the Buachaille

Great gear that helps us do our work.
