Misty Day, clearing at the East end of Glen Coe

15th January 2017

While the Western end of Glen Coe seemed to have been in the mist all morning, it cleared on Meall a  Bhuiridh and there were even glimpses of sunshine with a rainbow.  The snowpack has been moistened by overnight rain and has started to diminish, however there are still widespread patches of water ice on the hill-side.
