Very windy!

Interesting conditions on Meall a Bhuiridh where the severe gale force wind was bearing fragments of mist which enabled you to see it accelerating over the summit ridge and then the lowest portion of the airflow eddying back up the slope below and against the direction of the prevailing wind.

This surface layer of snow has been around so long it’s pretty ‘grotty’ with grit and strands of grass clearly visible.
