Slightly Damp Morning

25th February 2017

Glen Coe was looking rather on the moist side this morning. Heavy rain overnight had had a rather negative effect on the snowpack. However, the weather did start to clear up on my way down, and higher levels are at still looking reasonably white. Some more snow tomorrow and colder temperatures next week should hopefully improve things.

Lots of water coming down the Allt Coire nam Beithach this morning.

The road at the Loch Achtriochtan was looking a little damp.

Coire Odhair. Unsurprisingly a fair amount of the snow that fell a couple of days ago seems to have gone.

The weather started to clear up on my way down. Looking down Glen Coe to Stob Coire nan Lochan.

Back at the road, and there was even a little bit of sunshine over Buachaille Etive Mor.
