Dense mist

The summits were covered in a shroud of dense mist so visibility was very poor, 10-15 metres was the maximum distance you could see. It was generally dry with fresh Easterly winds, summit temperature was 0.8 degrees celsius but felt colder in the fresh Easterly wind.

Snow melt running off the hill the volume of water has increased over the last 24hrs

Visibility at 850 metres the closest group of 3 are 8 metres away and the single person 12 metres
