New snow @ 750 metres

It rained on and off for most of the day at lower elevations. Light accumulations of new snow fell above 750 metres during the same time too. The new snow is quite moist as the air temperature is still quite high minus 1 degree at 1100 metres. The winds were light to moderate from the South.

the Aonach Eagach Ridge – you can see fresh snow at around 920 metres.

Buachaille Etive Mor

New snow fall on Meall a Bhuiridh this is at around 920 metres on a North-East aspect (Spring Run) you can see the older snow patches clearly.

looking North-Westards and down to the ‘Mugs Ally’ chairlift again note the older snow patches.
