12th March 2020

New snow overnight and today has formed deep accumulations of unstable windslab in many sheltered gullies and on North to South-Easterly aspects, Weaknesses in deeper windslab will persist tomorrow and cornices will be prone to collapse. Outlook for Friday is settled and dry with sunshine for a wee change. Enjoy the day but remember avalanches can occur even when the sun shines. Plan your route accordingly.
