A light dusting of new snow.

Strong North-Westerly winds and a dusting of new snow affected the area today. The snowpack is generally stable but isolated areas of windslab may exist in the most sheltered locations such as gully exits and corrie rims. Outlook is mainly dry with fresh generally Westerly winds, Freezing level in the morning expected to be around 400 metres rising to 800 metres through the course of the day.
