Wet and mild.

3rd February 2022

Very wet and mild conditions continue to reduce the snowpack which now mainly exists in the higher Northerly and Easterly corries and deeper gullies. Outlook is colder with frequent snow showers and a strong Westerly airflow. Fresh windslab accumulations will be unstable where they achieve a significant depth or where old re-frozen snow underlies.
