Cloud Clearing

25th March 2022

A cloudy start to the day gave way to a sunny and warm afternoon. Summit temperatures are around plus five Celsius, and winds were light. The snowpack is thawing and generally pretty soft.

Still some sections of cornice remain and prone to collapse in the mild conditions.

Clach Leathad starting to clear.

The View to the West.

Looking South to Stob Ghabhar.

Looking back to Meall a Bhuridh. Not much snow left on South West aspects.

The view over to Creise. Still a bit of cloud about, this was burnt off by the cloud shortly after.

Looking over to Bidean nam Bian and Stob Coire nan Lochan, their tops still in the cloud.
