Cooler with a dusting of new snow on the higher slopes.

15th February 2023

Snow cover is mainly confined to the higher Northerly and Easterly corries. A return to cooler conditions this morning gave some light falls of new snow on the higher slopes. Winds have been strong generally South-Westerly. Becoming dry and less windy on Thursday the freezing level will be around 1000 metres. Exposed old snow will be firm and icy in places.
