Another mild, damp, misty day.

15th December 2023

Summit temperatures were around plus 4 degrees Celsius, precipitation feel as rain showers at all levels,  winds were westerly, strong at times. Generally it was mild and damp with poor visibility.

Weather outlook ~ Very mild South-Westerly airstream across Scotland with severe gale or storm force winds on the mountains. Freezing levels will be well above the summits with outbreaks of rain, mainly affecting western Scotland where the rain will become more persistent and heavy during Saturday.
